Do I need technical skills?
No. You send us your products as Instagram posts, a spreadsheet or plain photos, and we set up your store, your domain and your order flow.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your store runs on your own .com or .com.np domain, and the domain stays in your name.
Who owns my store and data?
You do. Your domain stays in your name, you can export your products and orders any time, and you keep your data if you cancel.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. There's 0% commission on your sales and no hidden platform cut.
How do payments reach me?
Cash on delivery payments are collected when the order arrives, so they come to you directly. Online payments with eSewa are coming soon; they will go straight to your own eSewa merchant account.
Can I update products myself?
Yes. Your store comes with a dashboard where you add and edit products, change prices and manage stock. We show you or your staff how to use it.
What if I only sell on Instagram now?
