What we collect
When you fill in our form, we collect what you type into it:
- your name and your business name;
- your phone number;
- your business type, where you sell now and roughly how many products you have;
- the design you liked, and anything else you tell us.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your WhatsApp name, your number and the messages you send.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also learn how the site is used: the pages visited, the device and browser, and a rough location worked out from your IP address. If you decline, the analytics don't load at all.
Why we use it
- To call or WhatsApp you about setting up your store, because you asked us to.
- To prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to set up your store.
- With your consent, to see which pages and ads bring people to the site.
We don't sell your information, and we only use your number to talk to you about your store.
Who we share it with
- The service that receives form submissions and passes them to our team. TODO: name it.
- Meta, when you message us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply there.
- Analytics and advertising services, and only if you accept analytics cookies. TODO: name them once chosen.
How long we keep it
